Bios

Brian Fough is the Co-founder and Chief TechnologyOfficer of Genesis Payment Solutions, a disruptive financial technology (fintech) company based in St. Kitts.  He also has a decades-long career as a software consultant based in the Washington DC Metro area.

Mr. Fough holds a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Systems and Computer Science, both from Howard University.  Post graduation, he continues to work with the alma mater by doing projects within the School of Medicine and Howard University Hospital.  More recently, he has mentored and collaborated with computer science students who wish to pursue entrepreneurship.

Brian brings to the Center a perspective in emerging ways that technology can be used to innovate and improve lives of the region and its diaspora.  He has a keen interest in solving problems that plague education, energy, finance and air travel, through constant and conscientious innovation.
