Venice is an outstanding business woman in the Washington DC, Metro area, She dominates her market and provide superb customer service to her insurance and financial management clients. With her owning three insurance agencies, Venice’s book of business consists of customers throughout Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington, D.C. This hardworking, results-driven Business- woman continuously rises to the challenge of building her clientele, educating all consumers on the intricacies of insurance and cultivating long-lasting relationships.
Over her seventeen-year career, she has managed to land in the top ten percent country-wide eleven times for meeting her sales goals set by the Allstate Corporation. She is an individual who consistently does a little more than what is required or expected of her. Her talent for business and leadership is undeniable; and to say that she contributes to her community would be an understatement.
Venice has exemplified the commitment to helping those in need, being a role model for those
who follow in her footsteps and displaying a strong work ethic that leaves her clients feeling
very safe in her care. In addition to being a trailblazer within her profession, she embodies the
true spirit of leadership through always placing the client and community’s needs first. Venice
was named the Ray Lynch Community Service recipient by Allstate; an award exemplifying
outstanding attributes of giving back while maintaining stellar business results. Being the first
African-American woman, country-wide, to be given this exceptional award by the insurance
company, Venice sets a precedent for others to follow.
Smart, articulate, and intently focused on doing what’s in the best interest of her clients and
community, she constantly uses her talent for good to serve others. She currently serves as the
Chair of the Caribbean American Advisory Group to the County Executive of Montgomery
County, Maryland.
